10.15: Key-note speech: Mr Petrit Selimi, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs: “How Culture makes Kosovo European” (Title to be confirmed)

10.45: Coffee/tea break

11.00 “The Role of Cultural Diplomacy and Nation Branding for a new Nation”, followed by plenary debate moderated by Ms Erna Hennicot Schoepges, former Minister of Culture, Luxemburg. Statement i. a. by Ms Mirela Kumbaro-Furxhi, Minister of Culture, Albania

13.00: Lunch Break

14.30: Plenary debate on Populism and Extremism in Europe”, moderated by Jasenko Selimovic, Sweden. Interventions i.a. by Marie-Louise von Plessen , Germany and Nils Erik Forsgård, Finland.

16.45 : “What Do Artists Know That Everyone Should Know? A discussion of creative process and knowledge transfer beyond art ”. Moderated by Bert Mulder, Netherlands.
