Jennifer Jennings, born in 1978, has her background in journalism and publishing. Now she is the Programme Manager for the Dublin Fringe Festival, Ireland’s largest multidisciplinary festival. Previously she worked for The Corn Exchange Theatre Company, one of Irelands leading independent theatre production companies, where she initiated "Corn Exchange for Business" and its primary program "Listening for Leadership", for business leaders and their teams. She has researched the topic Digital Art Music in Ireland for her MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management (2004) and is also an independent theatre producer and international promoter of the recently founded thisispopbaby theatre company.
