Evangelos Chrysos academic career in Byzantine history. Worked in Germany, Austria and USA and at the University of Athens. Secretary general of the Hellenic Parliament Foundation cultural branch of Greek Parliament.   Founding member of a network of Parliament Foundations: in Europe dealing with the history and function of parliamentarism - www.youparl.net. They also plan a pan-European exhibition on Parliament buildings.
